There may be number of reason to hide the files .Someone do not want to share his private file or data to the others so he find the various way to hide the files.Today I am explaining various way to hide your file safely.Lets begin it

1.Simple Hiding

If you are a techie geek then you must know about it.I have included it here for newbie remember once you were also not know about it.Simple hiding is refer to the just disappearing the file from the system.You just have to go to the properties of the file ,click on the hidden option and apply it.The folder or file will get disappear.




To see it again just follow these step:-
Folder And Search Options>View>Show Hidden files
If you to hide it again just click on do not show hidden files option.

2.Changing File Extension

This method is very simple to use and apply to the files .You have to change the extension of file and save it as shown below

You can see the difference in the appearance of the files.The main positive point of it the user can not find out the actual format of the files.Whenever he will try to open it window will show the following error message in the screen



But this method is not secure in any aspect.If a user have a good technical aspect then he can easily breach it.So i suggest you to use it carefully by knowing all condition.

3.Using Winrar

As you know that winrar is a compressing software but you can use it to secure your file.First of all winrar should install in your system.Select the file you want to hide and go to the properties and click on Add To Archive.Go to advance and set the password and save it as shown below


Now the file is password protected .If you try to open the file it will ask password to open it,but remember one thing never forget your password otherwise you would not have any further access to the files.

4.BY Encrypting
